Hairfinity has disappointed in a way that is immeasurable. I have been a customer since 2017 and my last few experiences has been horrible with the last one being disastrous. I have not received the order that cost $249.99. the company created a label for delivery with no intensions of sending the order. That is right up there with fraudulent business behaviors that should never be apart of a brands narrative. I have sent messages via email and the Hairfinity company has set up an Ai voice system that one cannot speak to anyone. I would always wish any company the best and I do in this case and my ongoing business speaks to that. I have ask for a refund and I haven't heard a word.
