I think this is the best cleanser I have ever used. I have used every cleanser on the market. Some work, some don't work at all or they have you cramping really bad. This work fast with no cramping. I followed the directions and took it before bed time the next morning it worked very well. Even when the bottle was empty and I had not ordered my other bottle, it was still working until my other bottle came in mail. I love this cleanser and will recommend it to anyone.
