The Hairfinity Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Brock Beauty Inc., d/b/a Hairfinity® located at 840 Oak Harbor Blvd., Slidell, Louisiana 70458. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This promotion is open to all persons who are legal residents of the United States and are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and possession, outside of the U.S., and where prohibited by law.  The Sweepstakes, and any website pages and advertisements relating thereto, are intended for viewing only within the United States.  Employees of Brock Beauty Inc., its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. 
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Brock Beauty Inc., which shall be a final, binding agreement between you and Brock Beauty Inc., and its affiliates, licensees, franchisees.   All federal, state, and local laws apply.
 
2. Sweepstakes Period
The qualification period for the contest begins at 1:30 PM (EST) on July 18, 2022 and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on August 5, 2022.

4. Limitation of Liability
Brock Beauty Inc. and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Brock Beauty Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Brock Beauty Inc. that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.
 
5. Violation of Contest Rules
Brock Beauty Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules or the Terms and Conditions of Facebook, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Any false information provided within the context of the contest by you concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, ownership of right or non-compliance with these rules herein or the like will result in immediate elimination from the contest.
 
6. Selection of Winners; Chances of Winning
This promotion is a sweepstakes, so all winners are chosen at random by luck of the draw.  Six (6) winners will be selected.
 
8. Description of Prizes
Each winner shall receive one (1) Hairfinity Gift Card.
 
9. Notification of Winners; Substitution of Prizes
Winners will be revealed on the official Hairfinity website at https://www.hairfinity.com/pages/giveaway-winners
 
10. Permissions
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, place of employment, hometowns and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize.
 
12. Miscellaneous
Under no circumstances shall the act of subscribing to the text list, the act of posting the designated hashtag, the act of following the Hairfinity Instagram, Facebook or Twitter page, the act of reposting the Sweepstakes image, the awarding of a prize, or anything in these rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with Brock Beauty Inc. or any third party individual or entity involved in the contest. 
You acknowledge that you posted the hashtag voluntarily and not in confidence or in trust.  You further acknowledge that no confidential, fiduciary, agency or other relationship or implied-in-fact contract now exists between you and Brock Beauty Inc. or any third party individual or entity involved in the contest and that no such relationship is established by your submission under these rules.
This agreement shall be governed by, subject to, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States of America, excluding all conflict of law rules. 
If any provision(s) of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
