When I started the process, I had been using the product for a few months and it made my hair grow long and strong, but I didn’t clip my ends so I decided to go to a hair shop and start fresh. I then started my new journey with my hair freshly cut to shoulder length. I would like to not the vitamins make the hair grow long and strong, but it doesn’t fix already damaged hair, so if you don’t clip your ends, it won’t help you. I would also like to note that I DON’T USE RELAXERS. There is also no products on my hair, the vitamins naturally make your hair this shiny. Also saw difference in skin/nails. It also makes your hair more easy to work with wet.
