Company is not helping with my lost package I paid a lot of money and they won’t answer my calls anymore I was promised a call back from a Supervisor which I never got they referred me to usps who said I could not start a claim on my missing order due to the sender not having insurance on my order I highly do no recommend this company horrible at communicating and problem solving it’s a pain in the butt just know if your package ever gets lost they do not care! Reaching out to corporate and my bank! Save your time and money people! Bad business does not deserve hard working people’s money. Refusing to reship or refund.
