It lathered, cleansed and made my hair soft. I didn't have tangles or knots. I felt like it made my hair a little stronger, maybe because of the biotin in it, but it's been 2-3 days and I haven't seen a lot of hair come out in my comb. Also, I know this is bad but sometimes I get lazy and don't protect my hair at night. But, I didn't even see any tiny hair pieces on my pillow case. My hair is soft and feels stronger. Let's see how it will do when I keep using this shampoo....
