My hair was super damaged. So I cut it all off and started over it has been about 7 months since I started the hairfinity pills. I cut my split ends twice in between and I got my hair done in box braided twice in between but had to take them out after after a month because I had a lot of new growth. Besides the pills the only product I use on my hair is african shea butter.
